Individualized rehabilitative exercises are incredibly important to the outcome of your care. After a comprehensive assessment, Dr. Donald will prescribe you with simple exercises to start with, and progressions to follow once the initial pain has eased.


This ensures that your body has time to properly strengthen where it needs to be strengthened and stretched where it needs to be stretched.

The end goal of rehabilitation is restoration of function, increase in proprioception, balance, and best of all, a reduction in the likelihood that your pain will return. Consistency is key to optimize the healing process.
